  • If any ccs states that they’re uncomfortable with any item i will take them down and refund whoever bought it!

  • All purchases and transactions are FINAL (no refunds or exchanges except for lost packages or if I can't ship to your country).

  • I manage all the orders, packaging, shipping, etc all by myself so please be patient with me!

  • All packages comes with a thank you card and some extra stickers :D

  • Shipping Info
    I ship all my packages through my local post office.

    As of April 1, 2026, my post office has officially discontinued the "International Registered Small Packet" service, replacing it with "International ePacket", meaning there will be limited information on tracking.

    Countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Bahrain, Yemen, Romania, Brazil, and France have discontinued online tracking services for international registered mail.

    Please make sure you’re ok with the above before purchasing!
  • Delivery Method
    The package is delivered directly to the address/mailbox without a signature.
    Please make sure your address is written fully and there is a secure space for your package to be delivered.
    The package will follow the same standards as ordinary mail once they arrive in your country.

  • Delivery time
    The package will arrive in your country within a few days. However, it might be held in customs for weeks or even months. In my past experience, customers have received their items anywhere from one week up to 5 months after shipping.

  • Tracking number
    The tracking number will be provided through email once I ship out the package.

  • No Indemnity
    If the package is lost or damaged, no compensation is provided, and I cannot file an inquiry. If the package is confirmed lost after a few months, I will give you a refund through paypal minus the shipping fee.

  • Tariffs
    Any import duties is determined by your customs, and shall be paid by the recipient.

  • Wrong shipping info/address
    If you’d like to change your shipping info/address, please contact me with your order number as soon as possible through email.

    After the shipping label is printed i can no longer change the information.

  • Returned packages
    If the package gets returned to me before September 2026, I can repackage the items and ship it out again with additional shipping fee.
    If the package gets returned to me after September 2026, I can no longer reship the package and will give you a refund minus the shipping fee.

  • Damaged items
    If the items you received are damaged, I can do a partial refund or resend the item to you!

  • Countries I can ship to
    The list of countries I can ship to is provided by the government.
    Please do not place an order if you do not see your country on the list.
    If I find that I cannot ship to your location, I will issue a refund.
