✧ If any ccs states that they’re uncomfortable with any item i will take them down and refund whoever bought it!

✧ All purchases and transactions are FINAL (no refunds or exchanges except for lost packages or if I can't ship to your country).

All preordered items will be ordered 1 month after launching

After receiving the items (1 month) I will package and ship them as soon as possible!! (total waiting time: about 2-3 months)

I manage all the orders, packaging, shipping, etc all by myself so please be patient with me>.<

✧ All packages comes with a thank you card and some extra stickers :D

✧ Tips are non-refundable

 

FAQ

 

Q: “Where’s my package where can I find a tracking number.”

A: I ship the orders through my local post office. I will send you the tracking number through email after I shipped them out! If the package is small it'll be shipped through a small package system to minimize the chances of it getting lost! Therefore there won't be much info on the tracking website.


Q: “What do I do when my items I received are damaged?”

A: Please contact me through email [email protected] providing photos and your order number and we can figure something out!

 

Q: “It's been a while since I ordered. What's taking it so long?”

A: I'll pack and ship the items as soon as possible! Your patience and understanding mean a lot to me!

Once I sent out the package, please be aware that they are no longer in my control.

 

O: "What should I do if I put in the wrong shipping address/my shipping address changed?"

A: Contact me with your order number as soon as possible and I will change it!

After I ship out the products, I cannot change the info.

 

Q: "Are you able to ship to my country?"

A: Shipping rules frequently change in my country so I might not be able to ship it if the rules change.


Please do not place an order if you didn't see your country on the list.
If I found out that I can’t ship to your country, I will refund you!
