✧ If any ccs states that they’re uncomfortable with any item i will take them down and refund whoever bought it!


✧ All purchases and transactions are FINAL (no refunds or exchanges except for lost packages or if I can't ship to your country).

After receiving the items (1 month) I will package and ship them as soon as possible!! (total waiting time: about 2-3 months)

I manage all the orders, packaging, shipping, etc all by myself so please be patient with me>.<

✧ All packages comes with a thank you card and some extra stickers :D

FAQ

 

Q: “Where can I find a tracking number.”

A: I ship all orders through my local post office. I will send you the tracking number through email after I've shipped them out!
Once the package arrives to your country, your local post office will be in charge of delivering it to you. If you have not received the item within three weeks after getting the tracking code please contact your local post office! If you need any help please contact me through [email protected]

Q: “My package is returned to the sender what should I do?

A: I’m able to reship the package with an extra shipping fee. Usually the package is returned to me because it’s unclaimed or the address is incorrect.

I can also refund you on the order minus the shipping fee.

 

Q: “What do I do when the items I received are damaged?”

A: Please contact me through email [email protected] providing photos and your order number and we can figure something out!

 

Q: “It's been a while since I ordered. What's taking it so long?”

A: I'll pack and ship the items as soon as possible! Your patience and understanding mean a lot to me!

Once I sent out the package, please be aware that they are no longer in my control.

 

Q: "What should I do if I put in the wrong shipping address/my shipping address changed?"

A: Contact me with your order number as soon as possible and I will change it!

After I ship out the products, I cannot change the info.

 

Q: "Are you able to ship to my country?"

A: The list of the countries I can ship to is provided by the government.

Please do not place an order if you didn't see your country on the list.
If I find out that I can’t ship to your country, I will refund you!
